As Brickell Key residentes we are highly concerned about the impact on our quality of life during the constructions period, in terms on transitability, noise and debris levels. We look forward to hearing from our city Commissioners and having the opportunity to discuss these important issues before the constructions starts.

This construction would add a huge burden to the island in terms of traffic and usage (as well as the deleterious effects of construction debris, noise, and runoff). Has an environmental impact study been completed and/or are there plans in place to ensure the adequacy of both environmental protections and continued access of services to residents of the island?

Can this man made island hold a building that size. Will the drilling affect adjacent buildings? Will the full circle loop of the island be cut off? How will they transport material and employees over to work? How long will this project take? What will traffic be like with more towers? This is the top of the iceberg and it seems like a nightmare. Not only this but how many views will be lost from all buildings on the key and in Brickell due to this monstrosity. It will destroy this community, it benefit nobody on the island expect those building it.
