I honestly dont think a new tall and big tower is necessary what is going to happen to access to the area during construction? For this type of construction it will take at least 7 years the quality of life will change

This project will destroy the value of the Brickell Key Island, the landscape and create a high traffic nightmare for years. Additionally, it would allow thousands of individuals access to our protected and private property increasing the chance for accidents and crime

While the park area around the Mandarin has always borne signs identifying it as a “courtesy” extended by Swire, the lack of public green space in Brickell has rendered it a necessity. The residents of Brickell Key, Brickell, and all of Miami are in dire need of MORE green spaces filled with grass to play in, shade trees to rest under, and birds, butterflies, and bees to call neighbors. SAVE this invaluable community green space and HALT excessive development that enriches the few and squeezes out the many.
