BSL bylaws should be challenged at every opportunity & owners of all breeds held responsible for proper training of their pets

this is not an effective way to protect people from dog bites. Aggressive dog legislation and fines to people who do not properly train and socialize their dogs works best.Mildred Allison DVM

Utterly disgusted with this bylaw. Even a dog that isn’t good with people or other animals can be well cared for and kept away from the general public. This is very sad.

I believe BSL shouldn’t be allowed!

BSL is not a solution. Ban bad dog owners not specific breeds.

Any breed can be dangerous it's all how they are raised. It's stupid people go after certain breeds.

Everyone knows every animal and human for that matter has the ability to show violence but its how they are raised and treated as to whether they act or not...shame on your ignorance :(

These claims are not backed up by science or evidence. There needs to be legislation on who can be a dog owner. Dogs are inherently loving and trained for bad behaviour.

There are no “bad” breeds of dogs but there are individual dogs who can be problematic in any breed. Outlawing an entire breed makes no sense.

BSL has been proven over and over again to be outdated and ineffective. It gives communities a false sense of security and does nothing to address the dog who are actually dangerous.

Any dog or cat can bite when provoked. Please research and speak to certified dog trainers and vets. Abolish this regulation please and immediately!

Breed specific legislation is an ignorant and uneducated solution to a non-existant problem.

Any animal of any breed is capable of attacking or biting. To have such a ruling in place is ridiculous.

Unjust, backwards, ignorant thinking is what’s behind BSL laws. They have no place in a society that values fairness.
