It isn’t the breed who made a dog but his owner. Is ridiculous to do that just because of the breed of the dog

Rediculous, these crazy bylaws need to be squashed. All animals with teeth have the potential to bite.....including humans.

Absolutely ridiculous. 4 days to rehome a dog?! Not to mention BSL is nonsense.

Animals shouldn’t be discriminated by there breed.. little dogs are more aggressive then the big ones, its all in how that animal was treated or trained.

Change this ridiculous bylaw. Dogs are family. Breed means nothing.

I agree 1000% with this bylaw.

Half the "breeds" listed aren't even actual breeds. You can't use an unreliable internet DNA test to prove a dogs breed. That's ridiculous. Lloyd Hines needs to be thrown out.

When will people realize that it is not the breed itself that is dangerous, but how they are raised!! This makes me sick to my stomach.

Only thing that should be banned are the uneducated people who think these dogs are dangerous. You're the dangerous ones...

BSL is ridicules, i managed a pet friendly petstore for years, the most aggressive dogs that came through my door were always the little dogs, all dogs no matter the size or breed need proper training, not banning. . bottom line

Firm believer it’s not the dog it’s the owners that make the dogs that way .

Breed specific legislation is not a good method for controlling or minimizing poor dog behaviors.

In the same way that humans born into a life of violence are able to break the cycle through proper surroundings and upbringing, a dog is the same way with proper training. Unless a dog, of ANY breed, has shown violent acts, there should be absolutely no relocation requirements. This is unacceptable and must not continue. Dogs are as much a part of the family as children are. We are all upset about children being torn from their families in the USA, how is it any different with a dog and it’s family members?
