There are plenty of other places in Rutherford County that are better suited to this type of "tax revenue".
Let's keep it out of residential areas!

Please do not build in the area. This will decrease the value of my home, and surrounding homes, increase traffic in an already tight area, pollute the area, and be an incredible eye sore.
