There needs to be better definition between residential and commercial land. The area of this proposed distillery is in a primarily residential area. Put it out off Epps Mill or Joe B Jackson where there is plenty of commercial property. Time to start thinking about your citizens and not the revenue

We do not need this in our neighborhood or community.. nobody wants to see it or smell it. There's a reason we bought a house here and came to this neighborhood. This is not welcome and don't want to raise a family around this.

I"m afraid the distillery will lower our home values. Murfreesboro is a very desirable town to live in , please don't change that.

Absolutely hope this does NOT happen. A distillery has no business being in this area with so many houses.....

This is not appropriate for the area. I do not appreciate the thought of a distillery being right down the road from our house.

I absolutely reject the idea of zoning our neighborhood to allow a distillery and industrial development.

This should not be in an area that is predominantly zoned residential and the property should not be rezoned commercial.

No thanks to the area, but a great addition to our county in general. JUST NOT HERE‼️‼️
