Why would anyone consider a distillery in the center of a residential neighborhood. I suggest the Murfreesboro City Council members take a field trip down to Lynchburg to the Jack Daniels distillery and take note of the fact that a black fungus-like mold is rampant on cars and trees in the area. Shame on anyone that approves this request.

We purchased here in Thistle Downs on Oct 31 2017 and do not want the distillery approved. Please consider the residents of the community and the investments we have made into our homes.

This is not a good location for a distillery in a residual neighborhood

This should not be in or near a residential area. The mold, odors and toxic fumes would be determental to health of adults and children.

This is not good for the health and welfare of the community. Property value will drop, safety concerns with the increased traffic for the children of the neighborhood, environmental hazards. How would you like to live next to it? Why don't you make your decision as if it were going in your backyard? Vote NO!!!

There would be too many problems for residents who live in the area if a distillery was put in the area.

We moved to Murfreesboro two years ago from Dallas, TX. There is a reason why we chose this side of town! My husband and I have four dogs and we are having a baby next year. I do not want to, rephrase that, I will not raise children in an unsafe and toxic environment. This neighborhood should be preserved for its existing and future residents.

Thistle Downs is a residential neighborhood with children, dogs, and active residents. We don't want the excessive traffic, heavy trucks, machinery, odors impacting the value we have all invested in our neighborhood. I personally would like to the distillery built, just not in my backyard. Plenty of available commercial / industrial land available.

Don't like the idea of more commercial traffic in a residential area.

We agree with all the concerns and add that the road to be used has no speed limit signs and trucks and cars speed dangerously down there. People walk, bike and jog this road. There would be even more traffic and danger.

Please take into consideration the Blackman neighborhood that the proposed distillery, and see that this is not a good mix. Semi trucks and kids don't mix. Bad fungi and good health don't mix. Industry in a neighborhood that was not built for commercial use don't mix. Please take our concerns seriously and don't mix this up!!!
