This is ruining and majorly disrupting the lives of residents of carlsbad and surrounding areas that have chosen to make carlsbad their home thinking it would be a nice quiet place to live like it once was.

I am right under the flight path to land.
Sometimes the sound is so great that you cannot hold a conversation.
Please Do Not Book a Flight at this airport. If there isn't enough business they will be forced to have fewer flights, not more.

Please stop the noise and short cuts over residential areas. Unacceptable, no respect for the residents.

An application for mandatory noise reduction is needed. Passing it will be difficult because the FAA is VERY heavily influenced by the airlines. The other key is flight paths. Alternates are needed so certain areas of N. County should not bear the brunt while others don't. N. County is big enough for alternative paths.

People work hard to live in Carlsbad and enjoy its peaceful, beautiful, and neighborly town. The noise and pollution of these larger planes coming in and out has shaken the comfort and quality of life that so many families have invested in and cherish. With the expansion and increased traffic at Palomar Airport, residents across our community are experiencing more frequent and louder overflights, disrupting sleep, conversations, schools, and outdoor activities. What was once occasional background noise has become a daily disturbance. Growth must be balanced with the health, safety, and well-being of the people who live here.
