LOCAL CONTROL! It's obvious the County does not care about citizens who are affected by the noise and pollution. Send this message loud and clear....Carlsbad has always had local control and the county just does as it pleases without any concern for residents or its obligation to get a Permit from the city of Carlsbad to do any expansion.
