We as Carlsbad residents do not want Big Jets at McClellan-Palomar Airport. The airport has abused and defied their authority to fly these planes. Stop flying these planes!

Recent approval of allowing larger aircraft to Palomar airport has degraded out quality of life and now they want more. Courts gave authority solely to the cite of Carlsbad. Last thing our community needs is more noise and more risk to noisy planes over our homes and it degrades the values as well.

This would be right over my house. It's already bad enough with air traffic disturbing our peace. Even my dogs bark at the planes since they're so close to landing, they're close to our house. San Diego is not too far to go to catch a plane. Don't put a major airline here in our small community.

Give the City of Carlsbad the right to informed determination as to the size of jet airplanes that are safest for this small airport, the control over land use at Palomar McClellan airport and don’t be swayed by the dangerous dollars that will come if United Airlines or any other airline moves in. Money does not talk: we are the tax paying citizens speaking up!
