We live close to the airport and yell, "Incoming!" from time to time when loud, low planes fly close overhead and scare us. A lifeflight helicopter woke us up in the middle of the night and scared the heck out of us. I can't imagine MORE planes MORE often. Please REDUCE the amount of planes coming in and flying out of Palomar Airport!

The county of San diego is sacrificing the well being of it's citizens to pay for budget shortfalls that they created. Overloading a small airport in a small community is not the answer.

The past two days I woke up to jets at 4:58. The FAA and the county need to enforce regulations like a curfew and a mandatory 3000’ acceleration altitude if they’re going to force these larger aircraft’s. Also, they didn’t file a new CEQA/Environmental impact study before allowing these contracts. HUGE red flag.

Since the majority of people believe there are back room deals, this probably will make no difference, but please change the landing pathway away from our front and back yards- there is black everywhere inside and out and in our lungs...Please change it to the other side or ocean side- it will make us think you really think about humans and animals being sickened now... Thank you for listening,
Sincerely,
Gianna Granton

The airport is a good size now, no need to make it bigger or to allow larger aircraft.

I moved further inland and now these American Airline jets are flying right over my neighborhood. And more to come with the deal now signed with United airlines. This needs to stop!

I have lived south of Palomar Airport Road on the 101 for 10 years now. The air traffic has increased dramatically and my yard gets little black pellets of stuff that make everything so dirty not to mention the noise.. Let’s keep California beautiful And allow us to have safe, peaceful enjoyment of our homes.

This is first and foremost a residential area with many homes, schools and families. We do not need the noise, the smell of jet fuel, increased traffic and pollution, the threat to our safety and peaceful enjoyment of our homes. Put a new airport in Oceanside or the fringes of Camp Pendleton. This area is not intended for this increased use.
