We should be allowed to use our rivers and lakes as they are... We have so much land set aside for Game refuge as it is..

Do not close this area to power boats. The way it is now with some no wake areas has slowed boaters down which has helped without hurting the economy.

Lived here 34 yrs. The Topick gorge/Colorado river is my all time passion. Would like to continue sharing it just the way it is with my grandchildren. Just put a 35mi speed on it

This is crazy! I appreciate the environment. But, this isn't right! We already are a somewhat financially depressed area, the people and businesses relies on the tourists and water sports, and for the people inexpensive entertainment.

This proposal should be stopped right away. Not only will business's be forced to close , but tourism will also be stopped. house prices will go down and unemployment rates will go up. I truly hope that the public will have a chance to end this crazy idea . Kayakers and boaters can Co exist . They have for years .

This closure would deeply impair our commerce in Topock and Golden Shores! Please look for a better solution.

You have not followed proper guidelines or procedures. You have not provided evidence of needed restrictions. Remove all restrictions and work with local entities for resolution!

If you shut down the river to this small area. You should have to pay these businesses upto 13 years of business loss... Do you really have that much money? I understand wanting to save wildlife etc.. But what about jobs, families taking vacations away from their crazy work life.. This is wrong in so many ways.

I live in Topock right down from the marina. If they keep us off the river we would have to go to Havasu every time we decide to go out. Hard to do that when u work and want to get out after work.

Please don't close the river to tourism and jobs, which is what this measure will cause.
