It is about time animals are viewed and treated as living feeling beings not property. Jail time should be mandatory for anyone abusing an animal.

We need to speak for those who cannot. Animal abusers need to be punished severely. All animals, not just human animals suffer and feel pain. They deserve rights just like we do.
