Stop Aliexpress's Unfair, Deceptive and Fraudulent Business Practices

I ordered a solar powered generator, there app says it's been delivered. It was never delivered. I'm getting the run around about a refund. They're fraudulent advertisers as far as I'm concerned.

Aliexpress lies about refunds under FREE RETURN and BUYERS PROTECTION GUARANTEE. The items were received not as described and Aliexpress instructed to return and pay for return shipping which was all guaranteed to be refunded. Instead they refuse refunds upon receipt of the items, claim that not received or that received damaged and also that the shipping is the buyers responsibility, all after causing me to spend time and big amounts on return of the items. They argue and fight and lie and waste my time 5 hrs a day for over a months on their useless chats. They send replies that upon close examination they close the dispute. These people are scammers or simply total idiots to be in a constant web of lies with unsuspecting, innocent buyers.

They allowed fraudulent sellers to scam me multiple times.

They stole my money would not refund me and kept lying over and over saying they were resolving it and then closed my order and stole 40 dollars from me they should all be put in jail

They promised 35day delivery or full refund and it's been over 45days Not delivered and they refuse to refund saying it's not valid as the delay your dispute and then just flat out deny it they need to be sure by a class action lawsuit

They are the worst ! They are trying to scam me now , Thank God I have my Chase bank working for me !

I was scammed out of my money and now they won't give me a refund. This is ridiculous!

Aliexpress yust scamming people

I placed an order on AliExpress for delivery in the UK, but despite four consecutive attempts, the courier claims they cannot locate my address. However, I regularly receive packages from other international carriers (DHL, UPS, Royal Mail) without any issues. The courier used by AliExpress does not offer a physical collection point, and communication with them has been ineffective. After multiple contacts with AliExpress, no resolution has been provided. I believe this neglect of consumers on a global scale could be considered fraudulent. I’m considering joining or initiating a class action lawsuit, as this situation amounts to theft and fraud under UK law.

I ordered a few times and half of the products did not arrive. Although they said they didn't have tracking for parcels, they told me they couldn't refund my money because the products arrived in my city, which is untrue. But AliExpress practices false advertising, a price appears on the site if you don't have an account and another 3 times higher in the app when you want to buy. These things are illegal for stores, and they should be illegal for AliExpress as well.

Owed 126.00 nzd as a return shipping fee as per Dispute. AE refusing refund , changed the criteria after sending back, no right to upload these extra criteria. Cheated, ripped off. 31 attempts to get money back , zero luck. A scam business.

In April 2024, I ordered a riding battery lawnmower on AliExpress from a seller, named "DJ Sleepy Store". The seller also got $350 from me for US Customs "Tax + VAT". However, the seller failed to ship the lawnmower. AliExpress refunded the price of the order to me, but the seller never refunded my $350 which I had paid for US Customs "Tax + VAT". I contacted AliExpress many times via their chat to report this issue which they promised to take actions to address and also punish the seller for violating their rules, but I never got my $350 back.

I too have been a victim of their heinous crimes.

They scam me out off 200 dollars and won’t give it back for nothing

Seller provided me with false, not existing tracking #, later he falsely claimed that I received the package, he got someone else FedEx tracking #. Fortunately FedEx posted a picture . How this fraudulent seller got FedEx info????

AliExpress has on several occasions been made aware of fraudulent seller behaviors and done nothing. In fact they’ve assisted in the process. I’ve plenty of documentation of lies, false advertising, and unmet promises. This automated, ignore and shoo you away fake customer service, scam artist should be stopped and punished accordingly.

Aliexpress stole £1000 from me

Ordered so many things and never received them waiting for months. Then i was told 15 days had passed and nothing could be done! I’ve lost 100’s of dollars on AliExpress

I bought from Funshine Rabbit Store on AliExpress and was scammed shamelessly! A feeble item was sent and after I submitted a claim for a refund it was denied! Total FAKE complaints department!! Stay away!!
