Techage Official Store didn't send the order, probably provided a fake shipping information and after several months of waiting they rejected my refund claim for the non-received item with an excuse of no supporting evidence.

The seller zwnav stole $618 from me for an android head unit that doesn't work(no touchscreen, no integration with my vehicle, no sound and it damaged my a/c system). The company led me on while I complained to AliExpress about the problem. I put in a dispute while in the "protection" period, but they say no dispute exists and will not refund my money or force the seller to fix the problem.

STOP THE FRAUD!
USTR accuses China's Alibaba and Tencent of letting sellers traffic fake goods on 'Notorious Markets' list
USTR Releases 2021 Review of Notorious Markets for Counterfeiting and Piracy
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) today released the findings of its 2021 Review of Notorious Markets for Counterfeiting and Piracy (the Notorious Markets List). The Notorious Markets List highlights online and physical markets that reportedly engage in or facilitate substantial trademark counterfeiting or copyright piracy.
The 2021 Notorious Markets List also identifies 42 online markets and 35 physical markets that are reported to engage in or facilitate substantial trademark counterfeiting or copyright piracy. This includes identifying for the first time AliExpress and the WeChat e-commerce ecosystem, two significant China-based online markets that reportedly facilitate substantial trademark counterfeiting. Also, China-based online markets Baidu Wangpan, DHGate, Pinduoduo, and Taobao continue to be listed, as well as nine physical markets located within China that are known for the manufacture, distribution, and sale of counterfeit goods.

My order went to an address in Hawaii per their tracking document. The invoice has my address, in Arizona, but they won't do anything because they say it is at my local post office. I have to pick it up and they say I do not have the documents to prove this. The seller was dishonest (it was supposed to ship from the US) and AliExpress/Alibaba are crooks!!!

Dec.24, 2021, Seller/Alibaba/AliExpress had shipped my product (purchased on their website) to a completely different (incorrect) address than my address, which was a "Merchant's Error " (not mine). It was then returned to USPS (which the product was shipped via) and "Disposed of/Destroyed" due to "Delivery Failed" (Wrong address; Undeliverable; Unsuccessful delivery attempt). I want a reshippment of my product or a "Full Refund" ASAP. I am open to Legal advice and or options (at this point) to resolve my situation and or to help (if I can) put an end to any illegal bussiness dealings by the Seller/Alibaba/AliExpress, IF they are guilty of fraudulent business practices (violating Consumer, State, etc. laws). So, that this won't happen to anyone else in the future. Thank you for your voice and assistance. May God (Yahweh-Hebrew/Jehovah-English) help and bless us all..."God always answers prayers and gives JUSTICE to victims." Amen (so be it). Hallelujah (Praise God)!

I should have known I was dealing with a country whose ruling members are human rights abusers, r*pists, and kidnappers and their business people are thieves and fraudsters, before placing my order with aliexpress.com. I lost USD120 shopping "Beijing air" from the Chinese gangsters.
