My light bill is ridiculously high and I keep my thermostat on the same temperature and I keep my lights off when I'm not home and when I'm not using them. I work alot so I'm rarely home. There's no way my light bill should be over $300 like it is (higher than my rent by the way) when I'm not even home most of the time!

Every from June-September I have a high lightbill. for the last past years I try conserve as much energy as possible because I know I can’t afford to pay $500, $600,and $700 utilities. Everytime I go to speak someone at Water, Gas and Light they always talking about this peak season. I don’t understand that. I only want talk about what’s being used in my home. And it’s so hard to get an extension knowing we gotta pay if we want services.
