This same developer wanted to build a shopping center on the same site only a few months ago. I object to this development because it is not for the benefit of the local residents.

All projects start off with the best intentions but sooner or later the funding for such dries up and these establishments become the responsibility of the residents in the area where they are located. Our community needs cohesion and upliftment not a financial burden.

Kibler Park does not have sufficient infrastructure to support this. The roads are a mess because of capacity. There is a massive new complex / flats that was recently built...still being built, who thought of the infrastructure there. We need safer roads, schools for children in the are. There is 1 primary school and mobile units for a high school....disgraceful.
