The roads are not suitable for an increase in traffic that this would generate. The area on a whole is not suitable for an increase of this magnitude of people. Shops, doctors, dentists etc.

We do not have a decent Secondary school, yet developers want to increase the number of people in the area. Also there has been a lot of developmentstuff in the area and it is really affecting the electricity, water and sewerage available in the area. More developments in the area will be a major problem to the resources available in our area.

WE simply don't have the infrastructure to support this project and will adversely affect the current economic and living conditions. From traffic to electricity this project will decimate our small community.

My son goes to a chap built high school down the road with no sporting utilities and fields, I strongly suggest a high school instead.

I am not in support of the development of an orphanage being built in Kibler Park , due to the reasons that have already being mentioned on the petition. We can do with a proper high school on the proposed land.
