(1) Kibler Park/Alveda being reduced to the social levels of Hillbrow and Rosettenville at the expense of the local property owners
(2) Kibler/Alveda are currently undergoing a crime surge and any such development can only contribute negatively to the local investors
(3) The insufficient number of police deployed to protect Kibler Parkers from criminality has failed, for say five years, to remove the often naked sex workers from their hibernation only a stones throw away the proposed development
(4) An illegal taxi rank, virtually on the doorsteps of property owners, causes chaos and devaluation of propeties
(5) Gordon Road can not cope with traffic and the attendant noise for the people in the neighbourhood
(6) The proposed development appears to be the work of an entity seeking self-serving socio-political interests. They should be more considerate to their country men. There is abundance of land for such a development elsewhere

This is 'n "no-go" . We have gad water leaks over the past 2 years that take the municipality months to fix . Proving that put more demand on the infra structure will cause calamity. Every so often we have sewer blockages which takes days to attend to. Public safety is also an issue with our nearest police station 7 km's away in the far off suburb of Mondeor.

The current Infrastructure is already insufficient, Gordon rd can't handle the additional traffic and congestion, not enough schools in the area to cover the children already here, classes are overfill and children dropping out because of the strain, drug dealing and drugs in the area are a real problem, effective law control and crime prevention is poor
