We would like to put a stop to parties and noise making at Trim Park Potchefstroom, the Tlokwe Municipality extended time of irritation until 06:00 of the following morning and since the parties can be heard at least 2km away during the night, it is disruptive, irritating and in violation of section 8 and 9 of the Environment Conservation Act, 1989 (Act 73 of 1989) – Noise control regulations, 1999. - 9th of December : which has passed, but is the direct result of this petition.

I was informed by the local SAPS that both the coming parties also have the same timeframe scheduled, parties can be fun, but not when they continue throughout the night and into the next morning irritating all who are forced to listen to whatever is being blasted into the night.

Please help us put a stop to parties after midnight, any day of the week and any date into the future.
