Too many boats already. This private company only wants to do this for profit. I could see this for a restaurant but not for another marina. STOP THE MADNESS!

This is great!

This channel is already compromised by boat traffic. This is also a natural habitat for the wildlife in Lake Minnetonka. It is a moral decision to vote no to this development.

Please don't do this. Safety first.

Leave things as they are. Expansion is not always the answer to every situation.

Please stop this expansion on Lake Minnetonka. We are being dictated to, by our government agencies to preserve our lakeshore by stipulations on rip rapping, water gardens, set backs, hard cover but no one looks at the use and safety issue of the lake, they just wand more and more and more. No more funding, no more water patrol.

too much congestion on that channel already. And ... that's a nice habitat area for fish, birds and other wildlife.

Do not approve this expansion. Already too congested. Not fair to nearby homeowners or the boating public.

It's already too busy in the channel. Major safety issue!!

Seton channel is a very busy channel that already suffers congestion and additional slips will make it worse.

This is a major safety issue! Seton channel is already too busy. These proposed docks are way too far out into the channel and will definitely create more havoc. Not a good idea!

I am very concerned about the noise level. Excessive stereo noise in boats passing thru channel and at proposed docks. I am also concerned about the congestion level with all the proposed new boats and heightened traffic problems and levels.

I am all for new business being brought to Lake Minnetonka but not at the cost of public safety. There must be another site for this marina and bar on more open water or in a larger open area.

This is extremely irresponsible idea. This channel is dangerous enough already. The bar is a worse idea, summer and winter. There has already been deaths on this channel because of late night snow mobiling.

The biggest concern is the safety. This channel is so congested with a constant flow of boat traffic. I have docked my boat directly across from this proposed marina site. It is already very dangerous trying to stop traffic to pull our boat into our slip. You add 28 slips that jet our into the channel further plus a bar and this is going to become a very unsafe situation.

I know how tight the channel is already. Adding a Marina would be a disaster.

I live on the lake adjacent to this channel and boat through there all the time. There is congestion enough in that area. The bridges have a definite blind spot when traveling underneath. Adding more docks in the proposed location will be a dangerous proposition. There simply is not enough room for boats to pivot, park and pass in such a tight area. I am adamantly opposed to this proposal.
