So sorry to hear this. It's wrong on so many levels. Yes he did 5 years for his crime but his victim is living with the nightmare every second of every day and now she runs the risk of bumping into him while she goes about her normal everyday stuff. His own children if any are victims as well here as they have to put up with the constant stream of anger about their parent even though they did nothing wrong. This life is so unjust. Well they say the devil looks after his own. Hope the victim have a good support network of family and friends to share good and bad days with. Much love sent to her.

I live in Fosters haven and have young brothers and I wouldn't feel comfortable with the kids being out playing in their own areas with this carry on!! I'm sure when someone is on the sex offenders list cannot be within a few metres or more from school and estates and that with young children and there are plenty of children in both Fosters haven and Heartlands point!! Remove him from the estate

Great support so far. We are now waiting on an official response from the estate management office in county hall. Once we get this I will know what steps we will need to take next. Thanks Darren

I agree that having this convicted sexual offender living in the same house where the incident happened and only across the road from the victims grandparents is outrangous and should not be allowed. My Mum lives in the next estate and my daughter would play around this area I certainly would not be comfortable knowing this man is around ..
