As a resident of Lincoln, living only 3 miles away from Hanscom Airport, I oppose the expansion of the private airport & addition of more private plane’s presence & traffic. It’s bad for our environment & for our neighborhood.

Please stop this unnecessary expansion that will increase pollution at the same time we are desperately attempting to slow climate warming.

Massport benefits from private jet expansion, yet disclaims any responsibility for the resultant greenhouse gas emissions. This is grossly irresponsible.

Private aircraft are one of the first luxuries that we should Jetison. Expanding their place in aviation during a climate crisis makes no sense.

No to more private, polluting, luxury jets at Hanscom Field. Our climate won't bear it.

Increasing private jet capacity is in direct conflict with our state’s green house gas reduction goals. This is not the sort of critical allowance that should be made.

Already too much trafic over Bolton, also a means to add more "citizens" to the neighborhoods and lets not forget the noisy acrobats with their suped up engines.

We need to stop caving to billionaires on every level, particularly on accomodating climate bombs like private jets and 400-foot yachts. Done with selling the planet to the barons.

Please Governor Healy! do the right thing and stop this senseless and unnecessary luxury for those who can afford to fly in private jets. Private jets, as the Boston Globe pointed out, emit about *ten times more carbon per mile* traveled than commercial aviation, and on shorter hauls that number is even higher: Flights from New York to Washington, D.C., on private jets are responsible for about 45 times the emissions per passenger of commercial planes flying the same route, and more than 1,100 times the emissions per passenger of train travel to those cities. Why should we, our children and descendants be doomed to a hotter planet because a small percent of people want this private jetport?

Building more hangars at Hanscom is appalling. There is zero concern for residents who have to listen to the debilitating noise from the planes already flying in and out. More jets is totally unacceptable.

Private jets are an abomination in an age of climate crisis, representing the gross intersection of wealth inequality and climate injustice. Ban them now.
This cannot happen.
