This is unbelievable the city would have an absurd high rise in a neighborhood that is not built for supporting that many residents. Chestnut/El Camino is already gridlocked and this does not fit in with the neighborhood period.

Please do not build these buildings. We have so much traffic congestion as it is. Also if you build a hotel on Camaritas, you are taking away livelihoods of those small businesses that have been there for years! Please rethink what you ate doing to our city!

Stop over building. Conserve the City of South SF. Learn from other towns similar to ours that refused to over build and cave into corporate real estate greed. Can't even cross the street any more without almost getting hit by a car!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. That intersection has more traffic than it can handle as it is. Not to mention the parking in the area is horrendous. Traffic on chestnut backs all the way up to hillside during commute hours.

Remeber that big ugly Arthur Buzz Haskins building that was in the center of SSF near Orange Park? Fortunately it was eventually torn down. We don''t need another ugly eyesore like that in this city, like has already been allowed on the south side of town next to San Bruno Mtn.

We can Not support an 8 story building in our residential community. Please propose something adequate such as the buildings next to BART. That would be more feasible (4 stories).
