This intersection is nightmare all the time. Adding multi story units will make this absolutely unmanageable. What is the City doing to relieve traffic right now? As far as I see nothing. Who is benefitting with this project? The residents?... NOT

Seems to be pure greed on council members part. Nothing but traffic problems now, and will only increase tenfold. Not to mention a safety concern if evacuation is needed

I’m in support of reasonable growth (3-5 stories is absolutely reasonable, as long as there is a plan in place for parking). Stories should be capped at 5 max- anything more compromises the small town appeal of SSF (regardless of building on a gradient ect). All new housing should accommodate and have a plan for vehicle parking in place. Vehicle parking is a tremendous issue for our current condominium building- Mission Road Condominiums (only about 34 units). 800 new housing units creates a MAJOR negative impact on parking and traffic for Our Sunshine Gardens neighborhood.

Please listen to the people of SSF who live here, pay the tax dollars, and do not want 8:story buildings. This is absurd for our city, and will not stop with this project. Many SSF Residents have come before you, the SSF Council Members and expressed their concerns. When will you listen to,the actual tax payers, the people who have supported the city?
The Architects, the Planners will just go on to other Projects, to,other Cities and carry their ideas like this with them.
Think of the actual residents who have spoken and agreed to the original 5 stories not the present suggestion of 8 stories.
It is a ridiculous height for our area, and we don’t want this to take place.
ARE YOU LISTENING TO THE RESIDENTS?????

Traffic plan is insufficient and I think the hope that people will take Bart is not a good plan. Bart is turning into a 3 rd world transit system. People will drive
