We have enough congestion as it is and we don't need to add more. If they need housing for people who work in the Biotech area they should develop housing east of the 101 freeway.

This bldg can’t go on So. City is unrecognizable. I’m for progress but enough is enough. This city had lost its character & individuality. I live in Old Town it takes me 30 minutes to get to Jacks in San Bruno when I leave at 5:00pm, that’s nuts.

Why high rise buildings in our small town suburban community would even be considered is beyond me. This is so out of touch and inappropriate for the area. It does not fit or belong. The 6-story development replacing the South City Car Wash (Chestnut & El Camino) has ALREADY gotten approval without ANY of the community's input - we are speaking up now against this Mission Road development! Traffic congestion, water shortages, on and on - even 3 stories is too high, can you imagine 8, 12 or 15 stories??

High rises of any type do not belong on El Camino or the west side of Hwy 101. This is a small town, not a major city. Where are the environmental impact studies for these projects? We need more roadways to accommodate the existing traffic congestion of today, water, schools, police, firemen and the list goes on. Redevelopment funds are not restricted to residential. Look for other opportunitie$ that will bring the communities within SSF closer together.

Where is the water coming from to support all this development? Our neighborhoods have become brown and shabby during drought times, which are becoming more often!

Too much. SSF does not need more housing, especially this type of housing. This will impact our schools, parking, grocery stores, parks, downtown, even our safety. We do not have enough room for all of this new building/housing. It’s too much.
