WE NEED A MORATORIUM ON BRINGING IN BUSINESSES TO SSF
We have Council members going overseas to bring in more businesses while not caring about residents needs.
Stop allowing more businesses in here and we won't the need for more housing.
It is cruel to invite people to work here and then not give them a place to live.
And it is cruel to destroy SSF resident's 'quality of life' by cramming more people here.
And the sad thing is, those making these decisions for us today will not be here tomorrow, leaving us here to clean up their messes once again.
Shame on you!

There has been way to much building and to fast a pace in So.City. We do not want to become another S.F. Their plans for the city show these intentions along with the traffic issues that many of us believe they have not actually considered. Those who make decisions rarely listen to the residents here, history has shown that to be true. Being born and raised in this town, I have seen changes and changes are good when they benefit the community. At this point all this building with no regard for the residents is out of control. It's time for the South City residents to step up, speak out and protect our city from this.

While I understand that the shortage of housing in our area will lead to more housing density, I strongly oppose the height of the proposed project

The City council has been there too long. They don't have families. We should put it on the ballot that no more building in SSF. We have done our fair share of building. Look at Brisbane, they haven't built one housing unit.

Absolutely disproportionately too high for the exiting area notwithstanding the horrible traffic congestion which will predictably occur.

You know you are driving families away and our schools are shrinking. I want all of the ELECTED officials to live a block from there and have to drive through it all the time. Who is going to pay for the damages caused by the construction. Imagine all of the heavy equipment for months on end, the cracks, flooding, traffic ARE YOU CRAZY?? I think we need to ELECT DIFFERENT FOLKS next election.

The SSF City Council are elected to REPRESENT and ADVOCATE for the tax paying citizens of this city, not the developers and others who have no interest in our city or future, who are only here to make a quick buck off our backs, and then leave us with this mess.

Please stop developing and if you are can’t we build something for the public to enjoy?? A new bowling alley or pool hall with a arcade, roller rink, a badass park, SOMETHING OTHER THAN HOUSING.
