Stop Business Encroachment in Residential Neighborhoods - 7190 Christopher Dr.

This is totally unacceptable for a residential neighborhood. It's clearly a "For Profit " business & should not be allowed. It was mis represented when applying St Louis County for the occupancy permits. STL County was clearly asleep at the wheel by not asking obvious questions. This is Pathetic & can not be allowed Period !!!

No to this business in residential area!

This is totally inappropriate for the area. For the county council to actually approve this with no input from their affected constituents is a travesty. Anyone on the counsel who actually approved this clearly does not have their constituents' best interests at heart. Maybe the voters should respond in kind when they're up for re-election.

St Louis County should have brought this business proposal to the residence before they let this go forward.

I'm opposed to a commercial business in a single family residence community Also putting in parking spots for 31 vehicles does not sound like a group home. Something is fishy and needs to stop

Dear Gwen, I hope your daughter is doing well as I have also suffered from eating disorders. My parents almost went bankrupt trying to help by sending me to one of these facilities...It is ALL about business for Monte Nido Corp and they should absolutely Not be in neighborhoods! They take advantage of people who are desperate for help, but all they care about is getting their money and getting as many people through their "special" system. They are a business who say your insurance should cover most of the $30,000.00/ a month but it doesn't...why should it when there are many options for help at a third of the cost? They "hide" in neighborhoods where they are not monitored closely and have a very low success rate. There have been NO comments about crime or drugs so you are wrong to say that! We're only concerned because a full grown business is falsely claiming to be a Group Home. And the additional traffic from the daily staff and temporary residents would make our roads less safe for everyone!

Please Stop a commercial business from running in our neighborhood!! Monte Nido is a FOR Profit Medical Treatment Facility that should not be in neighborhoods. The constant revolve of temporary patients would cause too much additional traffic & make Christopher Dr even more unsafe for everyone!! Telegraph Rd has the acreage to make it a better location.

I have already emaled the county about this. How did they manage to get this through the county planning committee?

Oakville is a residential neighborhood and any for profit business of any kind should remain on major thoroughfares and out of neighborhoods zoned for residential

This shouldn't be allowed in our residential neighborhood. We live a nice area and this facility will bring more traffic and hurt our property value.
