A residential neighborhood should be kept residential. Another example of the county government pushing through things without the community being involved.

Its apparent that the neighbors were not sufficiently notified of this purchase. Again, everything behind the back is done. This Treatment does not belong in a residential area. Where are our county politicians who we voted into office and should be supporting us?

This is a business and not suitable for a residential neighborhood. Is this company a nonprofit and the school Districk will lose almost $19,000 in real estate tax every year

I have lived off of Christopher Road for 32 years. This is a quiet residential area that I never imagined could be turned into commercial property by sneaking in the Monte Nido business without our knowledge or permission. I thought we had some rights against this.

I have sent letters to the County Council and to Councilman Ernie Trakas and have spoken to Lori Trakas about this.

There are too many children and animals (over populated deer) that use the street, which is one lane narrow, to support the added traffic safely.. It is already often problematic to navigate. I have can't count times I have seen damage to fences, mailboxes and lawns

I am opposed to a commercial enterprise being allowed in a residential area without going through the normal planning and zoning process. St. Louis County government has failed the citizens of Oakville, This should be another wake-up call why South County needs to incorporate.
