The street has lots of traffic and doesn't need more. This is residential zone not for business . We don't need additional large trucks tearing up our streets delivering to them. Nor do we need additional workers speeding on our narrow street to get to work there. We have alot of accidents on Christopher. My poor neighbors have had their fences ran into many times personally 2 times the other guy 7 times and still hasn't been able to repair it do to c19 plus 6 mail boxes knocked down. That's a lot of damage with out the new additional traffic on Christopher. It's hard enough to pull out on to Christopher currently with our regular traffic . Plus the additional trash thrown out of the cars going on the road. Who is going to repair all the damage and clean up after them. I am sure tired of the people running off the road hitting the electrical poles on christopher. It's not fun not having electric while it's down. I hate having to pick up fast food trash in my yard. We don't need or want it. They can put it in their front yard .

This business does not stay within the standard residential zoning of the area and would drastically increase traffic on our small two lane road for our local residents!

I began counting all of the reasons to oppose this but I found they are too numerous to list here. This is a devious attempt to inject a highly visible and disruptive for-profit business in to what is clearly a residential community. It needs to be stopped.

Would the county code allow a business in a residential area? Keep it out.

A commercial business does not belong in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It belongs where the other commercial business are located. There is property for sale on Telegraph.
