I am sympathetic to the mission of this organization, our adult mentally retarded daughter lives in a group home in Godfrey, IL. However, her group home is standing independently on 200 acres. There are no subdivisions on the 200 acres. Find somewhere more suitable for this kind of business. Don't plop into a residential subdivision.

This needs to be away from residential dwellings and ran just like a business.

This facility will raise crime rates and will make unsafe conditions for all of the children who ride their bikes and walk around daily. My sister has been in and out of these facilities and she has never recovered.

MonteNido has no intention of keeping this place a residential facility for people w eating disorders. There is not enough money in that. This place will eventually becomes a drug rehab facility or facility for those w serious psychiatric disorders, where the real money is.
