Stop 3-Story Office Building in Balmoral!

Please do not allow this office in our neighborhood.

I do not want more vacant office space on my neighborhood.

we don't need additional traffic on Lynnfield with YMCA exit drive right across the street.

Balmoral neighborhood does not need or want an office building in our neighborhood. This is a residential neighborhood not an office complex. There are 3 to 5 office buildings right down the street on Lynnfield probably with many empty spaces if someone needs office space in the area. Do not let an office building be built in our neighborhood.

There are enough empty office buildings without building, and not in Balmoral.

Any type of structure other than residential would be insufficient to an area which has been from conception from the sixties to present. Blight can be like a virus. Sneaky and deadly. Drive down winchester from mendenhall out east to Hacks Cross rd to see for yourself.

Our neighborhood does not need this three story office building in our neighborhood.

This will be a real negative for our neighborhood and I'm afraid people won't realize it until it's too late.

No need for more office buildings. Don’t clutter the entrance to the neighborhood.

Unnecessary things ruin neighborhoods

Too many neighborhoods in Memphis are being ruined by allowing complexes like this to lower property values. There is too much vacant office space in the Ridgeway area as it is. Stop this NOW!!!! Do Not ruin Balmoral!!

I DO NOT agree with an office bldg. in our neighborhood. Please don't build it.

I reject building commercial offices in a space zoned for residences.

I oppose the planned development because of safety concerns. The proposed building could have up to 200 parking spaces. The intersection at Quince and Lynnfield is already very busy during rush hour probably because of the entire block of offices just north of this proposed building. Will I be able to safely get to my home of 37years? Why such a large development in a neighborhood? Please vote no to another office building especially during this time of more people working from home.

This building would be a travesty For the neighborhood but especially for those poor folk on Vassar
