This unwanted and unnecessary office building would be an eyesore in our beautiful residential neighborhood and make traffic congestion so much worse while bringing nothing of value to the citizens who live in Balmoral and pay taxes to protect and beautify the neighborhood, not to throw up a tacky 3 story commercial building that will be a permanent blight.

I am completely against the proposed office building on the corner of Lynnfield/Quince. Our wonderful neighborhood will be destroyed by such an unnecessary use of this property.

There is vacant office space one block north on Lynnfield between Quince Rd and Park Ave. Creating additional office space where no need exists will not benefit the neighborhood. Please do not allow this wasteful spend to go forward

This project will irreparably damage one of East Memphis' most desirable neighborhoods. Running it through as a Major Modification to a 20-year-old PD application from a different landowner and developer is abuse of the process, denying affected homeowners their right to be heard. Please send PD 99-362 back to the drawing board!

This project, if built, will seriously damage the property values of our beautiful neighborhood. The project will make it unsafe to walk on several of our streets.. The project will increase the vacancy rate in nearby office buildings significantly from the already extremely high 32%. The project will increase the flooding problem already existing in the neighborhood at the bottom of the hill on Lynnfield all the way to Ridgeway. Most probably the project will increase neighborhood crime by increasing traffic into the neighborhood. In short, nothing good will come to Balmoral if this project is approved and built. Surely the City Council will not abandon Balmoral in its time of need!
