In total support of this petition! Other issues include illegal parking in multiple areas on our streets of Inlet Beach. I am frequently blocked from exiting my driveway on Pompano Street.

The situation is out of hand and because of the nonresidential activities on 210 Winston Lane, the road and curve have become the most dangerous turn in all of Walton County. It is not if but when someone will be hurt! I live at 232 Winston Lane two houses down from the property in question.

This activity must stop and the county officials need to step up by not allowing unreasonable use of any property on the beach.

Our neighbord truly is different. In a short amount of time we have watched the illegal business activity disgustingly ruin our beach. The vast amount of dark unbrellas and chairs in force down there is so overwhelming, and unwelcoming. The vendor has been so blatant in their disregard for our community, they act entitled and disrespectful when approached about their violations. They have not been good stewards of the beach and it's been documented.
The numerous amount of repeated violations should be cause for their permit to be revoked or terminated immediately.

We are in complete support of this petition. The activities are an epic violation of residential use and have created a situation of destruction to the beaches. County commissioners: please do your job and enforce the codes as intended.

I noticed this first hand trying to navigate my car through this area. Ridiculous. If this is not stopped immediately, a very dangerous precedent is being set. While you are at it, take a look at the number of autos that now park on the beach at South Walton Lakeshore Dr.
