Commissioners, please vote to stop this. It is irresponsible to allow the greed of one property owner to ruin an entire neighborhood. You’d absolutely hate this if it were next to you, and I ask you to stop it. Our home is at 250 Winston Lane. John and Elizabeth Mazyck

I support this effort and petition 100%. My Inlet Beach address is 107 Pompano St.

I hope that this madness stops and that the vendor permit is revoked at 210 Winston. In addition, the permit Rent Gear has at Wall St should be revoked also for the reason of community nuisance. It is unfair to the community to continue to have this company in our neighborhood. They have shown no respect and have acted in an irresponsible manner.

The non residential activity on Winston Lane is a violation to our family privacy, safety and security. A violation to our basic rights as a home owner. My family has been in this neighborhood for 3 generations. As child, I visited my grandparents here in what is now my own family’s home. I have watched the neighborhood grow from an area of isolation in the 1970’s through the robust popularity of what it has now become. Our neighborhood is one of the few you can let your child ride a bike down the street, one in which as a parent there are limited worries, very much an innocence that is few and far between in today’s ruthless world. Using our neighborhood as a business to attract strangers that exchange money for product is not who we are or ever will be. This is outrageous and a shame we have had to dedicate this much time for you to hear us over a basic matter that is obvious. Myself along with hundreds more will be tuning in for the upcoming meeting via zoom. I fully expect our voice to be taken seriously and this matter resolved. We will not accept anything less. Our concern is brought to your attention in good will and with the expectation for immediate ceasing of this business activity in our residential area, which is not designed as one for merchants. It never will be and we will never stop until it is properly and ethically addressed.

Please don’t make Inlet Beach as over crowded as some of our other areas are.

Get rid of the vendors that create such a mess of people and trash at the Winston Lane Beach Access area!!!!!!!!!!!

This should Not be allowed unless all parties (Property’s owner and beach service) have proper licenses from the Federal, State and local governments. This just another slap in the face against Customary Use by a beachfront homeowner.

Would appreciate the Walton County Board of Commissioners upholding our neighborhood plan and zoning restrictions.

We are the owners of 34 E-Scape Drive in Inlet Beach. At least twice a day we are trying to navigate the heavy traffic at the corner of 210 Winston Drive. Even on our bicycles it is difficult to safely circumvent all of obstacles. It makes no sense that a residential property can enable a business to operate from the residence.

As a homeowner in Inlet Beach, I support this petition and trust our representatives to take action NOW. Such activity is clearly in violation of the rules!

The commercial activity at 210 Winston lane needs to be stopped. The Pointe project has turned that area into their own private beach

We own property at 276 Winston Lane. Our street is already heavily Congested and very dangerous where the road bends near 210 Winston Lane. Allowing a commercial use off a property In a residential area is against code. Please stop this activity

I own the property at 387 Walton Rose Lane and would like the non-residential activities stopped at 210 Winston Lane.

I own the home at 339 Walton Rose Ln. and this should be stopped immediately. The picture doesn't even do the problem justice. Recently there were 3 rows of chairs covering the lot.

This should not be happening on that property and our beach is way too crowded anyway. You are letting it be ruined.
