Inlet Beach is a public beach, not a privately owned resort controlled by a commercial vendor illegally masquerading as a private homeowner. The residential property (210 Winston Lane) must not be used for commercial purposes.

I support this petition 100%. Please stop the beach vendor nonsense.

Using Winston Lane as an access road to the beach for The Pointe residents is both inappropriate and frustrating. They are north of 30-A and are packing Winston Lane (a one way street) as if it were their private path to the beach.

This business activity must not be allowed to proceed. The county must stop this abuse by vendors. Business is not allowed in Inlet Beach residences.

I am VERY concerned about the safety issues that have been created by the Commissioners decisions to allow activities to occur in conflict with the Land Use code on the land previously known as the Jackson property immediately to the east of Rosemary Beach. I own multiple properties within Inlet Beach. One of my properties is within 50 yards of the Jackson property. I’ve seen the negative impact of the commissions decisions first hand. I’m very concerned for the safety of my children and others in my community due to the dramatic increase in traffic this decision has caused. I’m concerned it’s only a matter of time before a child will be hurt or worse due to the traffic issues which are exacerbated by the counties lack of enforcement of existing parking ordinances too. I’m also very concerned about property values as I’ve had complaints from renters that have noticed the dramatic changes too. I strongly urge the commissioners to take immediate action to terminate the activities they’ve previously allowed to be conducted in conflict with the land use codes on the Jackson property.

The absolute first thing we noticed and commented on a recent trip down to visit was the ungodly amount of empty umbrellas and chairs taking up the area our family, and many others, wanted to ACTUALLY USE, not just block off. Not allowed, and for good reason. Hideous waste of space, ruins the beautiful beaches.

Rent Gear is basically a "Bad Neighbor". They don't follow established rules, have no consideration for other neighbors, and have no respect for the County's authority. They are operating an obnoxious business on a residential property. Please terminate their agreement for cause.

Please do not let the monetary interest of a few outsiders ruin the atmosphere for all the locals.

The chair/umbrella vendors at Winston Lane/Inlet Beach step access steps are completely out of control. It ruins beach experience for all homeowners and visitors to Inlet Beach access. Same for RoseMary vendors. Agree with this petition, should not allow non-residential activities.

I own property on Walton Rose Lane and my family has owned property in Inlet Beach since the 1950's. The egregious vendor use at Winston Lane (and now Wall Street) is not compliant with our neighborhood plan, completely unsafe, and ruining beach enjoyment for TAXPAYING homeowners of this previously quiet family neighborhood. I also have seen much worse than this photo-chairs lined 3-4 rows deep, stretching completely across the area in front of the stairs. The county officials need to intervene. I support this petition.
