Stop the Potential spreading of the Novel coronavirus in schools of York Region, Ontario

Stop all people coming from infected countries.

We should protect the majority population. Our government and health officials are doing a terrible job at this.

Please keep the children safe!

I agree with the following recommendations. We at our workplace are taking similar precautions and not allowing staff to work for 14 days after they have returned from high risk countries.

Government of England is isolating everyone who traveled from China...for 14 days!! Do the same here.

Be safe stop the spread

This High School has a high number of International students arriving for 2nd semester. Some have already arrived and are coming to register directly at the school as soon as they get off the plane from China. Flu spreads so quickly in schools and put so many children at risk so please have them be quarantined!

Please let the kids and school/daycare staff wear masks (and googles or glasses) to prevent the risk of acquiring and spreading the virus. The masks creates a layer of protection so kids (also adult) don't touch their nose directly. (The virus gets inhaled directly to the lungs. At this point, anybody can be a carrier. Are we going to wait until we realize someone from the school is tested positive?

Keep them home. Not just kids from Asian but kids who have the flu or who’s sick too. The flu has killed more then Coronavirus so keep them home.

We need a Clear clarification about the students safety really scared to send my kids to school my 3 sons are going to the school majority of Chinese kids studying in the school silversprings we just need to know the kids safety precautions what being handling in the schools thanks

We strongly need the School board ask students and their families who travelled back from China to report to school and classroom teacher. The school should keep tracking status of the students who recently travelled to China. Students should be at home for 2-4weeks .
