Our village is already very densely populated and this monstrous building will completely alter the character of the village bringing it to close to the city image.

We don't need this monstrosity development in middle of Glenview, we need more shops cafes and small businesses on Glenview rd. to revitalize our downtown. Sucj huge residential development will make road congested and all existing public venues overcrowded.

Why would you turn our beautiful village into such a dense area. We don't need high rises and more traffic in the downtown area. Structures like this have no place in our village. Do we really need an influx of so may people or are we just looking for more tax revenue?

I feel the Village Board will be betraying the the community if they allow the proposed apartment complex to be developed. All the finances benefit the Drake group and not the residents. The complex is too massive for this site. Density will be excessive and traffic will become a huge issue. The village will likely have to spend more money to make traffic accommodations as density will be too much in that area to be safe for drivers and pedestrians. Change the development. The Drake Group has already gained way too much to the detriment of the people of Glenview.

Traffic is already horrible in this area. This will cause longer wait times and make conditions unsafe especially when trains are going by.

Adding 68 to 100 cars to a limited access residential street with the railroad tracks, two lanes on Glenview Rd, and the traffic at at Harlem/ Glenview will post a lot more hardship on an already difficult corner downtown. With the current Illinois and Cook county taxes and governance, this adds another reason for residents to leave Glenview.

If this goes through, can we change the Village name to Schaumview?

This means at least another 100 car's. More congestion. Safety factor. Roads will be more torn up. What next. They even reduced the price by a million plus. Tax payer money. I vote no. 1015 Huber Lane Glenview il 60025

We already have so many, many apartment buildings in Glenview. I found this out when canvassing and I was shocked at how many of them are very run down.

This is project brings too much congestion and adds very little to the downtown area other than traffic. Gives me more reason to stay away from downtown than to go to any business in the vincinity.

Traffic is already bad enough here. No more traffic!

Way too dense for that location and creates another hazardous traffic situation!

We don't need any more traffic congestion in the downtown area. I've lived in Glenview over 40 years and since the village has approved these new residental developments over the past years in this area, the traffic is unbearable.

It would be disappointing to see our town proceed with something that residents obviously don't want, that is guaranteed to increase traffic congestion in an already congested area. The impact on parking sounds awful, especially when it comes to parking for the Metra.

There is no need for a building this tall with that many units with so little retail space. It will increase congestion and not increase the revitalization to downtown. This is a negative.

this land could be better utilized as a small business or a public parking lot
