This is much too dense of a development for downtown Glenview.

This project is too dense and needs to be smaller to fit the neighborhood better.

This project will ruin downtown Glenview as we know it. Not only visually but traffic, which is already heavy, will be greatly affected in a huge negative way. Very bad idea.

I oppose the density of this project and the excessive congestion that it will create. The Village, in its attempt to address the obvious parking displacement issues, has shown that it has learned nothing from The Glen Town Center's design woes. No one wants to park that far away and walk to amenities. In order to succeed, downtown Glenview's revitalization depends on a better parking plan than what's proposed.

I now avoid grocery shopping in that area because of the back up on Glenview Road. I cannot imagine what it will be like with these additional units. A terrible idea for Glenview.

I absolutely Oppose another major multi-unit dwelling in Glenview. The impact it is having on our schools is unbelievable. Enough.

My family with 3 children uses the Glenview library and often observes heavy congestion at the intersection of Glenview Road and the rail tracks. Putting more residents and their cars to this part of our city is UNSAFE. Please designate the area for our existing residents and their children. Thank you.

GV Road is wayyy too congested already. This is ridiculous and it can take 10 minutes to go 5 blocks in the afternoon/early evening. Have lived a couple blocks from here for 15 years and super frustrated at the lack of restaurants and good retail in our downtown. More condos does NOT help this. Frustrated as a GV taxpayer.
