Citizens should not be ignored. This was a bad deal from the start.

How much in tax subsidies are being provided to the private developers for this project? As many have said, the area is already condensed with traffic. A smaller development with no subsidies would likely be approved by the public.

Please stop this horrendous development. It is out of place, too huge. It will disrupt traffic, create connection. STOP

Way too large for this area. The scale if off for our downtown.

I truly support development of Glenview but it needs to be more transparent.

I feel now there seems to be difficulties crossing Glenview and Harlem ave due to cars not always obeying traffic rules and adding more traffic will make it more difficult for young mothers with strollers and young bikers to cross safely. Also Patton Place with seniors trying to cross safely. Cars now do not obey the “walk signals.

Sounds like a good idea especially after what has happened on the southwest corner of Willow Rd. & Pfingsten.

As a resident of Glenview and a frequent train rider, I am concerned about the long-term impact of cramming another apartment building into a relatively small plot of land - and one adjacent to a popular area of downtown Glenview.

As a resident of Glenview, I would like my voice to be heard on this Drake development plan in downtown Glenview. This project needs more time and consideration before our downtown area is disrupted . We are already congested and this plan needs to be reevaluated if it is to gain community support. Currently, parking is already an issue. Traffic, safety, density and our retail stores and restaurants need to be considered as well. Please listen to Glenview residents! A more community friendly option for that space rather than more apartments should be reviewed, which would benefit our community. We have too many apartments in this concentrated area already.
Make it a parking lot
Needs more transparency in planning
Do not build this.
