This project is ridiculously dense for the size of the parcel.

We already have more than enough traffic and developmental density in Glenview. Particularly near the railroad station and crossing! We should not cave into another developer who has no real concern about this.

This project is really intolerable - and that is if it is successful. Multi family housing is over saturated nationally and I am even more concerned about the prospect of a failed project of this size.

The traffic in downtown Glenview at this location is already problematic. This new project will make getting around virtually a nightmare.

Although it's sad this misguided project has been conditionally approved, hopefully the village board recognizes how much of a mistake this would be. The location and proposed aesthetics (the board seriously approved THAT design) would ruin the family ethos of the neighborhood. Please open your eyes and don't destroy our town

Respect the opinions of the Glenview residents! There must be a good reason the tax-paying residents are not on board!

Rethink the height and size of this structure. It looks like a prison which will loom over the small town.

Not only does this present a congestion hazard it also represents poor handling of village (tax payer) funds. The inflated purchase price followed with a fire sale is not acceptable business.

Too dense. Shame on Glenview for trying to railroad this through.

This project is not in the best interest of downtown Glenview. It will cause substantial traffic and congestion problems, danger to pedestrians and especially school children and loss of much needed parking at the train station.

Glenview has far too much high density housing already! And the added access to Glenview Rd from Depot St sounds like a disaster in the making.

Ludicrous. I thought Glenview didn't do "greed", at the expense of its citizens.

Do we really need another apartment building or condos on Glenview Road? Look at the monstrosity adjacent to the Glenview House. The lower level to have stores, how many are there? Not many. When I moved here some 30 years ago Glenview had a lovely downtown. Now it looks like a dump to me. Recently drove through Franklin Park and Elmhurst which are not on the North Shore and their downtown is so lovely. Perhaps someone on the Board should take a look. In addition there is the huge apartment building on Waukegan Road and Townhomes next to the Fire House. Why anyone would want to be living in any of these places is beyond my realm of comprehension. Does one really want to be next to railroad tracks? Glenview Road already is too congested. People dislike smokers, but they like the scent of diesel fuel? I recently read a report about restaurants and housing close to vehicle traffic & trains and yes, we are breathing in the emission of these vehicles.

Why can't we have little shops like Northbrook has east of the train station - this is a monstrosity - look at Northbrook's monstrosity on the west side of its train tracks - it blocks everything that is beautiful - the library, the small town feel of the village
