Too big!, Too close to Glenview rd! Too tall! No parking! Unsafe for pedestrians and vehicular traffic! Out of character for Glenview at this location. It’s forced and ugly like that building on Waukegan Rd across from Harrison’s Poultry, that thing is hideous!

This development will forever change the downtown area and future projects like this one into Chicago Right Here in Glenview. A slate of trustee candidates must run in the next election to pledge to never approve projects like this that do not belong in our village. I would but I was a trustee for 10 years and at my age don't have the stamina to serve. But I will help and support a slate, including public relations, to replace short-sighted trustees and commissioners to save our village from the next imperious assault on our community. Save Glenview!

I am against the current 1850 Glenview development plan.

This is not a wise use of space. The tax revenue from this project will be substantially less than potential tax revenue from condominiums. Yet, the potential impact on schools and other village services can easily overburdened by the dense nature of this development. In addition, the resident safety surrounding this busy area of downtown Glenview will be very negatively impacted.

I oppose the proposed development at the former Bess Hardware. It is not within the best interest for the residents of the Village of Glenview or the downtown area, will lead to more traffic gridlock, and is a safety hazard for pedestrians.

Greed for tax revenue should not supersede intelligent city planning.

Once again the Village trustees are quietly taking it upon themselves to waste millions of dollars of our hard earned money. This behavior should have been nipped in the bud at its origin, specifically by blowing millions of dollars on the library/post office land swap, later by loosing millions of dollars over time in tax revenue regarding the Willow Creek deal. These folks are not transparent, not trustworthy and lack business acumen. This behavior needs to stop.

With train traffic and OLPH traffic this area has poor traffic flow already. This is far too dense for the property.

Takes forever to get around town now. Please, no more multi-home developments.

Too much mass. It needs to be set back and scaled down. I am also concerned that these units will sit empty. Would like to know what the asking price for these units will be.

Looks like a good deal for developers but not for the community

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! I live on Glenview Road, east of Waukegan. It's so backed up now, I can't get out of my driveway half the time.

It’s already chaotic in that area every weekday . Imagine if you add a couple hundred more cars.

There’s enough traffic and congestion in Glenview already . It’s becoming unbearable

It’s too large for the area. There will be so much traffic coming from there. Scale it down

If we do not have parking replaced it will negatively affect our business. e have been in Glenview for 12 years and have 8 full time staff members currently.

This development is way too dense for this area. Glenview Road and Lehigh is too busy now with car and train traffic.
