The building is too dense with absolutely not enough parking to accomodate its residents and their guests. It is being built at already a problematic intersection for pedestrians and traffic and in an area that struggles with parking availability. The Village of Glenview needs to reexamine their approval of a building that doesn't comply with building codes and require the developer to adhere to Village codes instead of creating exceptions that only hurt the current residents of this area.

Too tall for the area, and too close to Glenview Road causing too much congestion and unsafe for the community.

The Drake Development Group project that does not comply with building codes: construction density, parking requirements, etc. Based on the above, it is an illegal development. This project is not supposed to be reviewed by Village of Glenview's Plan Commission department unless the design flaws are fixed. Prior to Plan Commission hearings proper public meetings have to be conducted seeking public approval for the project, which also did not take place. The question is - does Village of Glenview tacitly supports the project and tries to implement it despite public disagreement?

It would be nice to see more restaurants or gathering places in our community that offer ample parking and don’t congest an already congested intersection.

The traffic in downtown Glenview at this location is already problematic. Adding this new project will make getting around virtually would make it worse. Accidents are bound to happen with all this congestion.

Please don't destroy the Glenview downtown with this massive development! Consider the people who live here as more important than a developer!

I dont think there is enough green space, in addition to space for pedestrians for the train. I also dont see appropriate garage space for parking

This project is way too dense for the site. Trains tie up that intersection for 15 minutes at the worst times. Adding more traffic to the site will exacerbate this problem.
