More traffic and the street will look like a dark canyon most of the day. All for an extra $50k or so in annual property tax revenue, which you could also get by building another 7 or 8 townhouses... no thanks. Not to mention the town should have gotten a lot more money for the land anyway.

I live at Pine and Grove. This area is already too congested. With the limited number of access roads to either get to Waukegan or Glenview Roads I’m concerned about the added traffic, especially since this location is so close to the train tracks. Please keep me updated as things progress. I wasn’t able to attend the meeting on the 22nd.

The building is way to big and will cause a significant amount of traffic congestion in a high traffic area already. I also have kids at OLPH and do not want a building this big next to a school.

I'm opposed to this because of the increased car traffic being so close to OLPH, the church traffic as well as the train station traffic which is already heavy!

This building is too large and has too many apartments in it for the area.

As a Glenview resident, I have viewed the drawings of this potential development. It is too tall and too big for our community and will change the feel and dynamic of downtown Glenview in a way that I do not believe is positive. Please consider alternatives.

Glenview residents do not want or need this!
