Too dense. Totally too many apartment buildings already in Glenview. This lack of creativity for Glenview needs to end.

Glenview Road is too congested now especially from 3:00-6:30pm.

Too many units, and the traffic which is already horrendous and backed up by trains will be unbearable. And no way should there be a curb cut at depot!

How is this improving Glenview?! I have no desire to see this monstrosity built. It's certainly not what the residents want.

The congestion this will create is terrible. Please reconsider.

This condensed housing development is not appropriate for this Glenview location.
Common sense was obviously not used by our village but the dollar signs and possible kickbacks.

The north shore offers a number of wonderful communities, including Glenview. Having spent the latter part of my childhood in Glenview, it was an easy decision to move back in 2018 with our infant daughter (and soon to be two daughters). While we are hopeful to raise our family in Glenview, the lack of focus on supporting small businesses and building lively downtown area - in addition to the large focus on developing large apartment complexes - is alarming. Other suburbs such as Wilmette, Winnetka, and Lake Forest have invested more in their local business, festivals. and downtowns rather than overpopulating their communities. This decision will have a long term impact on how residents and nonresidents view Glenview and the value (or devalue) it brings to our community.

Project was flawed starting with the purchase of the property by our village.

There is no need for that large of a construction in downtown Glenview.

I do not approve of this building. Too large for this location. Will cause too much traffic congestion. Not keeping with the small town feel of Glenview.

The size and scope of this development in its current firm is overbuilt for this location, presents disruption to the safety and current commerce in the area and not acceptable.

As a taxpayer and voter, I do not want the Village to proceed with this development as planned.
Look at the Glen Development, the traffic plan was not adequate and we live with the outcome.

I oppose the design of this proposed development due to both its proximity to the railroad tracks (safety issue) and to the eyesore it creates. It changes the flavor of the Village of Glenview away from a quaint village to a dense suburb. I also question the objectives of this development. Is it really meeting the needs and wants of the current tax paying residents?

Too big and will cause too much more traffic at an intersection that’s already too busy.

There is enough traffic congestion on Glenview Road and neighboring streets. Put some decent retail in downtown and then watch the people come!

I live in the neighborhood, and hope you will please consider scaling this project down to a more reasonable and aesthetically pleasing size for this particular site.

As a close to 30 Glenview Road resident just west of the library I am opposed to the size and density of this project.
