Stop 170th & Bany Transitional Housing

This has all of the signs of poor planning and no consideration for the surrounding areas...

Too close to two schools with young children walking to school everyday. In the middle of single family homes, this project makes no sense. Washington Co. should NOT transfer ownership or allow such projects. This plot of land would be better suited for a neighborhood park/green space.

I agree that the mentally ill need a safe place to call home. But this is deep, deep single family home suburbia, right across from an elementary school. In particular Cooper Mountain elementary has a security issue with the office being so far from the front door. This would be a terrible spot for an unsupervised transitional housing. There is not much at all within walking distance and support services.

This is so close to multiple schools, daycares and parks. This does not make sense for this neighborhood

I feel this is too close to three elementary schools, day care centers as well as new THPRD park designed for all access children. The area has limited public transit and limited basic services.

This is completely unacceptable! While those the housing may serve need a place to go, the public safety issues of this particular placement cannot be ignored. The juxtaposition of two elementary schools and this housing project makes absolutely no sense.

Opposed as site is for people that need mental Health and addiction support- NONE will be available on site

Absolutely not in this locaiton. Our safety - our neighbors and our schools come first.

I am very concerned over the safety of our children and residents if this goes through.

I agree they have to live somewhere but not in the midst of neighborhood schools
