For such a popular station it is unbelievable that this situation exists. Investment is long overdue.......

My friend cried today watching someone who struggled on these stairs. Change the access arrangements and make them fair for everyone now!!

It's completely unacceptable for a busy station in zone 5 to have no step free access, I have helped many people with buggies and witnessed a disabled man struggle with the stairs. This needs to change !!!!

It's shocking that in the year 2016 the two sides of the railway are so cut off from each other. Given the amount of young families in the area there are so many people with pushchairs who simply can't access the train because they live on the 'wrong' side. Step free access should have been installed years ago.

It would make it so much easier for my children under 5 to be able to use the train, and for my husbands mum iwho has arthirthis who struggles with the stairs to come and visit .

My elderly mother has difficulty with the steps and as a result can't get the train to stoneleigh.

I live in Stoneleigh over 2 years now and I love this area. The only down turn is acces to the train station. I have a 2.5 year old daughter and sadly I find it almost impossible to walk upstairs and again downstairs at the stoneleigh train station.

I am a regular visitor to the area and use a mobility scooter which I cannot take up steps.
