It is simply impossible to use Stoneleigh station if you have a child in a pushchair.

I have a baby and unless there is a friendly passenger at the station to help in is very difficult to get to and from the platform. There is only ever one member of station staff in the office so even if they were inclined to help they couldn't leave the office.
In addition to the number of families who would benefit from step free access there are also a large population of elderly people who would benefit.

All station should have a step free access option, it is unacceptable not to in this day and age.

Money well spent if you can bring the station into the 21st century. Should be accessible to all.

It is a nightmare coming to this station as I have to lug my son in his push chair up then down the stairs & every time I've had to do it not one person has offered to help get a ramp or lift !!!

My family ranges from a 6 yr old to an 80 year old and I can tell you between pushing and pulling pranks to helping an old person up those steps isn't easy in the least

I use the station with a buggy every day! It's exhausting and becoming even more problematic as my daughter gets heavier!
