Stoneleigh Station - Step Free Access

I have a small baby, i would love for a lift and ramp to be introduced. Its very difficult to take a pushchair up and down the stairs,

Step free access will greatly help disabled travellers, giving them vast improved access and use of the local transport links.

I have a disabled relative who has to make a very complicated journey to work because of poor access at Stoneleigh. This is a very important issue to ensure equal opportunities for all.

As a mother of small children, I found it so hard to travel via Stoneleigh, that I used to catch the bus to Worcester Park and then a train from their into London. I think that is quite outrageous in this day and age. I can't even imagine the nightmare it must be for someone travelling by wheelchair etc.

As a mother with a second child on the way step free access at stoneleigh woulf make a hugely positive impact on our lives!

I have lived in Stoneleigh for 6 years now and only went into London 10 times before my son was 5 years old because of the steps at the station. I now have another infant and would really like to be able to go into the city more often but unless there is step free access, I will be trapped in the suburbs for another 4 to 5 years until he is big enough to travel without a pushchair. This is a real problem for many mums and I would imagine people with wheelchairs and other disabilities woukd feel even more trapped. Please make the station step free.

It really limits where I can go with the kids because of the steps

I'd love to walk to our train station and take my little ones out for the day on the train! Its impossible, I'm completely restricted to driving or driving to another station! It will be too late for me but there will be thousands of young families to come that will benefit from step free access not to mention our older generation or physically impaired that deserve to maintain their independence and have the right to access our public transport.

As someone with a physical disability, (using wheelchair/ walking aids) I am unable to use this station which is really close to my house meaning I have to drive to another station much further out to get to use a train

Have to make like easier for disabled and parents with prams

Something needs to be done sooner rather than later,lots of elderly and people with prams struggle daily with the stairs,it's a accident waiting to happen...

In an area with many young families and elderly people it's an absolute necessity.

This need to be done . Worcester Park has it .. Next Stoneleigh .. Make it an inclusive station for all . Disabled , young families and the elderly .

Needs to be done ! It's a joke that they haven't got a lift

Something has to be done to help the old and the disabled.

Worcester Park got one, even though you can actually walk off one platform and follow the pavement around to the other platform. You can't leave either platform at Stoneleigh without using the steps.

Stair only access to the station excludes a whole sector of people who require lifts or ramps. Please fix.

I no longer need a pram but remember the days oh so well and ended up often using other stations which was really inconvenient.
