Long overdue in this busy residential area. Lots of families and older people in the loca area.

Ridiculous having to struggle with a buggy up and down stairs with a bad back. Non existent bus service round that way as well!

Really hope this can be sorted soon for all those who need to use the station...impossible to imagine how one would manage in a wheelchair or if elderly.

Very challenging to safely move a buggy up and down the stairs, with no step free access. Can only imagine the huge impact it would have a wheelchair user, who has no alternative... seriously? still in this day and age??

As Grandparents we would love to be able to take our young Grandchildren from Stoneleigh to London and other places of interest by train. Access makes it impossible for us. Surely in this day and age access for everybody, age and ability is of high priority ?

As a mum with a young baby I'm really unable to access the service which I used to use regularly. I feel cut off as walking to Worcester Park is 25 mins for me to walk. I'm sure so many people in our diverse community would benefit.

For a mum with a young baby who doesn't drive and needs to cross the railway this is verh frustrating. The amount we pay in rail fares to get into London every day should surely justify easy access to the service!

We have to go to Worcester Park station with our bike because we can not carry them up the steps at Stoneleigh

I am a local mum and it has always been a big struggle to travel by train with my little one in the buggy. There are also a lot of elderly people living here that will benefit from the free step access. Thank you!

I have been using the Stoneleight station to travel by train for the past 14 years! It would have made my life a lot easier if there were escalators facilities, let alone single mothers with their buggies and the elderly people!

Users of Stoneleigh station have always helped each other get up and down the four flights of stone steps, especially with cases and push chairs. Despite the hazzards to all concerned.
Once and for all this situation must be changed to step-free.

Access is necessary for many who cannot use the steps
